Cleaning Service Questions
Q. Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
A. Yes. Our housecleaners bring all of our liability, license
and bond papers with them on every visit to your home.
Q. Do I need to be home on my scheduled
service day?
A. This is up to you. Many people, however, like having their
home serviced while they are at work. We can be given a key
and/or alarm code in order to get in.
Q. What if I need to make a change to
my service day?
A. Not a problem. We ask only that you kindly give us a 48-hr.
notice. Email messages cannot be accepted for cancellations.
You may reschedule your service for another day.
Q. Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
A. No. No long term-contract or obligations are ever required.
We believe you will want you to stay with us, however, because
of our commitment to quality and excellent customer service.
Q. How do I pay for services?
A. Payment is due at time of service by either cash or check.
We also have an online
payment center where we accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, and Debit cards.
Q. How many people are sent to my home or office?
A. Our teams consist of 2 trained, unifomed team members.
Q. Who provides the equipment and supplies?
A. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have
a product that you prefer us to use, just notify us and leave
it on the kitchen counter on your
service day.
Q. Should I tip the service team for a job well done?
A. ips are not required or expected. However, you are welcome
to do so, and they are very much appreciated by our housecleaners.
Q. How do I sign up?
A. Just submit the online service
request form and we will contact you shortly with a free
price estimate. We are also available at 520-325-9090 or 520-271-8787--a
manager or customer service representative will be happy to
assist you!
